His second cutoff date has come and went as of today. He can no longer apply for the draft. Why??? Because the NCAA has dilly dallyed around with his case without a decision untiltwo cut off dates have passed and he can no longer apply for the NBA due to their sitting on the pot. Sorry, but it looks like if they say he can't play this year he has a good case to take to court. I say they let him play to keep from looking like the sanctimoneous (sp) assholes they are.
