Kentucky sits at 19-6. If we go 5-1 over the next six games and then win the SEC tourney with three wins, that'll put us at 27-7.
To me, that looks like at worst a 3 seed. And possibly a 2 seed.

I would think we would move all the way up to a two seed if we finish the season and win the SEC tournament like you suggested Paulcat. Right now Lunardi has us in his bracketology as a 4 seed and there is a lot of emphasis put one end of season win streaks that can move you up the seeding ladder rather quickly.

If UK finishes the way PC describes then they should be a #1 Seed. There will not be 3 other teams with a better resume than UK's if they look at it objectively IMO.
That being said, they will not, and UK will end up as a #2 Seed if they finish 27-7.
Villanova is a joke as #1 in the country and the Maryland and Iowa teams that I watched this weekend sure didn't look like Top 5 teams to me. Maryland got destroyed on their home court by an AVERAGE Wisconsin team. [ 02-15-2016, 02:59 PM: Message edited by: Trey Ball ]
-------------------- Wife's Mad. Told me we never talk anymore. And just last nite while watching super bowl told her 2 or 3 times to get me a coke and popcorn. Also told her not to forget to take out trash in the morning. Ain't that something. Also told me I was too indecisive. Can't figure out what to do about that. One nice thing I guess. She called me a pro crastinator. Don't know what a crastinator is but I guess I'm a good one for her to call me a pro. Gonna wait til tomorrow to look that up though. I love her but somrtimes can't help but thinking I should have told uncle Junior to keep his coon hound pup and stevens double barrel and also his youngest daughter.

Trey, you and I are seeing basketball through the same eyes right now. If Villanova is the best team in America, college basketball is in trouble. Who have they beaten, some big East teams that are also ranked because they cover the bigger TV viewing markets nationally. I have only seen Villanova play one game all season long and they looked like an average team at best to me.
A so so Wisconsin team went into Maryland's back yard and gave them a good butt kicking. [ 02-15-2016, 04:52 PM: Message edited by: SCWC ]
