On the downside Lyles was 1-9 and Dakari was 1-8 but they will be back on track Tuesday night.

I couldn't believe that Montana St. couldn't score a single point for 13 game minutes. I mean really? I know our defense is smothering but WOW! They had some open looks from three pt land but it just didn't happen.
We actually cheered when they finally hit a shot after the 10 minute mark of the second half!

I agree with Green Bean, that was not a good high school team we played last night. Do we really gain anything from playing teams of that caliber???? I wonder. I think I would have been angry had I made the trip to Rupp last night. I actually turned the game off at the half and watched WVU beat UConn.

Ray, The real loser was the Montana State team players as you can bet those kids are going to get a lot grief from a lot of people and that is not right. Like Norm pointed out in another thread it was about money and that is sad if true.

CMD GUMBY DAVE BAKER SAID THE COACH SAID IT WAS ABOUT MONEY THEY ARE UP GRADING THEIR FACILITIES. I HAVE SEEN SO MANY HIGH SCHOOL TEAMS THAT COULD BEAT THAT TEAM.

The surprising thing was how our shooting stats were so low. You can't score a lot of points when you can't get your shots to drop.
