Go ahead and invest in some strong coffee, it’s going to be another late one.

The tip off for UK’s game against the winner of West Virginia/Maryland is set for 9:45 pm Thursday night in Cleveland.

It appears that there will be plenty of time for Super Smash Bros., after all.

These late start times are starting to get to me, and I’m not the only one. West Virginia Head Coach Bob Huggins, who team could possibly play Kentucky Thursday recently blasted the NCAA and television stations for scheduling late games.

“Now you’ve got to remember this, it’s all for the betterment of the student-athlete,”Huggins said with stone-cold sarcasm to a room full of laughter. “I’ve heard that. Yeah, it is. It is.”

Marv Albert, Chris Webber and Len Elmore will be in Cleveland to call UK’s game, which will air on CBS.

They are doing it again . Anything they can do to throw our game off. #1 overall seed and again playing a 10pm game !!! Lets see what time Duke plays !!Why don't they just send them to Indy and wait for the other 3 to get there.

I have no idea why they put the marquee game on during what used to be considered the "late night" slot instead of prime time.

That serves nobody's interest -- not the players, nor the fans, nor the network. Must be the bone-heads at the NCAA who came up with this crock o' crap.

They do this because they know that everyone will stay up and watch this game. Anyother game and people would go to bed.

It is all about TV ratings. The highest ratings will always be the late games because of the West Coast. The game is 6:45 out there.

I think it is BS. It gives an advantage to ND and WSU IMO for the game on Saturday.

Wife's Mad. Told me we never talk anymore. And just last nite while watching super bowl told her 2 or 3 times to get me a coke and popcorn. Also told her not to forget to take out trash in the morning. Ain't that something. Also told me I was too indecisive. Can't figure out what to do about that. One nice thing I guess. She called me a pro crastinator. Don't know what a crastinator is but I guess I'm a good one for her to call me a pro. Gonna wait til tomorrow to look that up though. I love her but somrtimes can't help but thinking I should have told uncle Junior to keep his coon hound pup and stevens double barrel and also his youngest daughter.

Sometimes you wonder what the guys that make these decisions are thinking about. They use very little common sense.
