I never played organized football, most schools in Western Kentucky didn’t have the money for that sport in my generation. We were lucky to have lime for the out house. So, I have no experience and am the first to admit I’m no football expert.

I realize we don’t have a true quarterback. That being said, can we call some different plays so opponents don’t know exactly what to expect? Or without a quarterback is that even possible?

How about we design a play to run it up the middle?😒

I'm sure we have a wide variety of plays but for what ever the reason we haven't used them

If running up the middle averages you 4+ yards per carry, then you just continue to go with it! You keep the ball, control the clock and keep the other teams offense off the field!

That's fine when you can run up the middle for a four yard gain every time but that doesn't happen all the time. You have to have the ability for diversity to your play calling.

I can't disagree with you CMD. It's difficult to support a run play on 3rd and 16.

A strong run game can be squelched quickly with penalties that put you behind the chains!
