Kentucky has certainly had their struggles in recent weeks but there’s no question that they were out-manned in regards to pure athleticism in both losses. Tennessee’s record isn’t exactly favorable, but their recruiting maintains above-par.

Middle Tennessee puts forth a respectable football team, but nothing like those of the SEC. If Kentucky can mentally fasten the lid on their recent struggles, their edge in physicality should have this game in control by halftime.

Snell scores and we make the extra point for 14-0 lead!

It wasn't necessarily pretty but at least it was a win.

You're right SCWC, that's the best to be said about that game.

I watch games like this and ask myself, "How are we 8-3?"

I do the same thing Norm. I do think the SEC is somewhat down this year. Just watched Missouri kill Tenn in Knoxville, go figure.

I hope stoops heard the boos in the 4th quarter when the play calling went into predictable mode. I was glad the last two drives the defense got out of that zone prevent. I thought it was going to cost us the game.

Heck! I already gave us a loss. Then I figured if we couldn't beat this team we would probably find a way to lose to Louisville next week and end up 7-5 again. This team has had way too many important plays go against them. I figured we would be heading to TN again for a bowl game. I'll just be glad to get thru next weeks game and be 9-3. We sure tried to cut our throats several times in this game. The good part is my 7 home games are over and I won't have to watch them in the cold again this year.

We have a strange schedule next year. We play the first 3 games at home and we have a 2 week absence from Kroger field in the middle of the schedule.

Louisville is 2-9 and 0-8 in conference play. We lose to them and our season is down the drain but a win will give us a 9-3 record and more than likely a decent bowl bid.

Louisville has had such an abysmal season, and now their coach has been fired... the only remaining hope for them is to upset UK.

We. Must. Crush. Them.

I'm just hoping our boys are focused and not over confident going into this UL game. Like UT, we should beat UL soundly. But we didn't get the job done against Tenn, Hopefully that won't happen this weekend!
