Up to this point this is the very best Kentucky Football team in my lifetime. That being said Win or lose I'm very proud of this team. If not for the coaches we'd be undefeated. GO BIG BLUE!!!!!!!

...if not for the coaches, we wouldn't have this team.

No need to blame ANYBODY. Really. This is also the best football team in my lifetime, and I don't want to spoil it with worrying about blame. Let's worry about who gets the credit for this magical change!

Being a former winner of this event and also winning Norm's truck (still waiting for it) our defense will not allow 20 points to Ga...I have spoken!

Come on up nd I'll let you use the truck for the day. I do expect the tank to be full when you bring it back, even though it may not be when you pick it up.

PaulCat, really take my hat off to you on your prowess of nailing the Cats win and by almost the exact score.

17-14 UK Chance Poor hits a FG to win it in regulation!

What an unfortunate name. I am sure that when his professors see his name on the class roster, it says"

Poor, Chance

[Eek!]

What a disappointing performance by the Cats. Just shows how far away they are from competing with the powerhouse programs in the SEC.

We definitely laid an egg today. Poor defense and no imagination on offense.

Are we still not a basketball school?

But it was one heck of a run. Think about it - Kentucky playing for a trip to the title game. Heck, Georgia came to play and played their best. Hats off to them. But we had a chance and that's something I don't think i've ever seen. What a season for the Cats!

Paul, you need to start worrying about your mental health. We are starting to think too much alike about our football team.

The offense is in a funk. The QB keeper late in the first half that resulted in a punt and GEorgia having time to march down the field was horrendous. Worst play I have seen in a very long time.

This team can still go 10-2, which would be an outstanding season.

I don't understand why this program has been so unlucky in finding a QB that can actually play the position.

If this team had a half way decent passing game to go with Mr. Snell, they wouldn't be going to a gun fight with a knife in their hands.

Handy, I just let everyone else worry about my mental health. [Big Grin]

It does amaze me how a major D-1 school can't find a QB better than what we have. We have a great RB and pretty good wide receivers, but with no one to throw them the ball.

Paul other than Bowen I question if we do have ANY good receivers.. Wilson never seems to have anyone open compared to the other teams qb. We know Baker has no hands and never see anyone open 10 yrs downfield ..

Sorry to say I saw it coming with my prediction of 24-17, however they were able to score 10 more points than I thought. I can see the difference in the two teams and the comments above are so true. To start with Bennie is good but the line has to open some holes once in a while to get him past the line of scrimmage. And they can't seem to protect the QB very often. Poor offensive line.

I agree that 10-2 for UK is an outstanding season. Now all they have to do is get the next one at TN. Can they do it? I would hope they can get mad enough to bring their "A" game next Saturday and stay in the top 25. I still can't believe they run Bennie up the middle so often when they know the defense is just stacking 8 or 9 guys there for him He's good but he's not super human.

Almost got on TV yesterday. If you watched CBS's pregame coverage of the student section you almost got to see me. I was standing right next to the kid in the front row with the body painting and headband. Guess they didn't want to show an old ugly guy in their shot. [Big Grin]

Ed, I have been saying the same thing about our receivers all year. They get little or no separation (other than Bowden) and TW has to take off running.

I wonder how much of that is the receivers versus the routes they run. I don't have much faith in Eddie Gran to devise schemes that actually work.

I read yesterday morning on social media that Georgia has 55 4 & 5* players while Kentucky has 15.
Talent will eventually beat X's and O's every time!
