He knows better to say what the truth really was as it would get him in a world of trouble.

Mark Stoops won’t say it, but he was not happy with the SEC official explanation about why the play clock didn’t expire and Florida was not penalized on its fourth-down scoring play in the first overtime of Saturday night’s loss.

Stoops was asked on the SEC teleconference if he accepted the SEC’s explanation of the delay of game no-call and if that softened the blow over the call .

“No, I don’t have any comment on that at all, really. There’s nothing I can say to that. Just gonna get myself in trouble or something else,” Stoops said. “It is what it is. There were plenty of opportunities. I’d just like to state that, that that’s one play, one circumstance in the game. We had many other opportunities to win that game.”

I cant argue about that, after Kentucky got the away with the late hit that could have been spearing with ejection of the player.

I agree it was a bad no call, on the time clock, but UK had several plays, like the almost interception that ended up being a completion and near TD for the other team, that would have swung the game the Cats way. Some times the plays go your way, sometimes they don't. With the effort and heart they played with, they will get their share of breaks.
