I have read a lot about Erik Korem and the high performance program. Some articles have even attributed his program for giving FSU the edge to get them over the top and help them win the national title.

I am aware that it takes quality players to compete against the best competition. But, I am wondering if this new approach will make a difference on the field and the score board, this season? Yes, they had it last year, but now they have had a full off season to get results. Is it that much better than what anyone else is doing?

We hear the same song and dance every year from coaches about how the players have worked hard and are in such great shape, no matter which staff it is.

FSU kept the program going after Korem left and there are news reports all the time that NFL teams are always checking in on what Korem is doing.
