Kellan Grady is ranked as one of the best transfers in the country, and following his commitment to the Kentucky Wildcats, he became the talk of the state.

He has reaped the praise of many national analysts since he decided to enter the transfer portal from Davidson earlier in March, and that trend is not slowing down now that he is off the market.

Dan McDonald of Rivals recently released his weekly edition of McDonald’s Nuggets, and he mentioned Grady as his Transfer of the Week. Here is what McDonald had to say in regards to his commitment to Kentucky:

“I think this will end up being the most impactful transfer of this upcoming season. The Wildcats are getting a 6-foot-5 combo guard that has scored nearly 2,000 points in his college career at Davidson. He connected on 38.2% of his three-point attempts this season. He’ll be in the mix for SEC Player of the Year next season.”
