Vernon Carey just wrapped up his official visit to Kentucky, and now John Calipari is returning the favor.

On Tuesday, Calipari met with Carey, according to Rivals’ Corey Evans. It comes as Carey is set to visit the Duke Blue Devils, one of the perceived leaders in this recruitment.

This is an interesting trend that Calipari has had recently in visiting a recruit right after he takes an official visit to Kentucky. Calipari did the same thing with Scottie Lewis and James Wiseman, and now he’s doing it with Carey.

Hope it doesn't have the same results. We lost Scotty and will most likely lose Wiseman. Just when I have been thinking we are going to get Carey. [Confused]
