I've never ever taken a narcotic,until today. I stepped in a hole and pulled a muscle in my back. It hurts to sit down, it hurts to walk. Have any of you gotten any ideas what I can do to get some relief?

I’ve fought back pain for about 30 years due to herniated disc’s and had many sleepless nights because of it.

My advice would be to alternate cold and heat packs and take over the counter pain medicine.

If that doesn’t work pretty quick I would advise seeing a doctor.
