For some of you guys that moved south and miss good old Kentucky: It is 18º F here in Western KY, with light snow this morning. No above freezing temps predicted until Wednesday, when it's supposed to get all the up to 41!

Hey, Norm, it's winter. It's supposed to be cold.

I really don't mind the cold temperatures, I can dress for that. What I don't like is ice and snow. I'm very fearful of falling. The older I get the more apprehensive I become.

43 degrees here in south Alabama right now,and I'm about to freeze. I even turned down a offer to play golf today because of the cold.

About 4 hours later: All the way up to 25º and still snowing. Not a speck on the ground, but there is a dusting on parked cars.

Hey, I got the joy of working out in it today! Woohoo. I dressed plenty warm enough. I also only stayed out there as long as I had to.

I work on helicopters outside. It's supposed to be 26* tonight with an eight mile per hour wind. I bundle up pretty good, but I don't wear gloves. Little washers and bolts and cotterkeys are hard to handle with gloves on. My hands and face will be cold, for at least seven hours tonight. Hope you guys are nice and warm.

I was outside at the fire station all day. It wasn't hot, but the sun was shining!
