Walter Williams, a black economist and commentator, passed away this month. His wit, insight, and ability to express the complex in simple terms made him unique. I will miss him.

This is an article taken from an address he made at Hillsdale College, in Michigan. The government "owning" GM was topical at the time (2009), but the rest of the article is even more timely today, as we face the looming socialist agenda of Biden/Harris. As has been the case over the span of his public career, he is able to put my worldview into words far better that I could:
