I personally have no problem with Twitter fact checking the President.

As long as they fact check everybody AND I mean everybody. Republicans, Democrats, Liberals, Conservatives, Businesses, Private Citizens, EVERYBODY.

Let them be the watchdog of Social Media. They will soon be bankrupt by the cost of hiring new employees.

I’m so upset I’m going to discontinue my Twitter account. Wait, I forgot, I don’t have a Twitter account.

I’m not defending Trump’s ridiculous tweets, just the idea Twitter has the right to single individuals out.

I'm pretty sure ALMOST everybody on this forum agrees with your assessment. I KNOW I do.

Could you imagine if they did this to a black politician?

But then again, he should just do what anyone else would do if their account was blocked - create a new one.

My only issue is, who fact checks the checkers? I'm sure we're all familiar with sites that lean one way or the other politically. Additionally, most of us have seen how 'facts' can be twisted to fit an agenda.

I don't need Twitter to tell me to fact check Trump.

Of course you don't MM (your mind is made up and that is cool) … if President Trump found a cure for cancer or covid19 most dems and libs would ***** about it taking him too damn long and that money probably would have been better spent on more abortions and payouts to illegals !!!

No, Mel. The credit would have to go to Obuma who did such a fantastic job while he was in office!
