I care, but there doesn't seem to be a damn thing I can do about it. I tried to calculate what percent of that Mister Trump wants to complete a wall, and the calculator wouldn't even handle it. Gave me an answer I couldn't decipher. 2.27272727272727e-3 WTH is that?

Scientific notation.

btw, I'm not familiar with the expression Bing uses, but according to that number it should read approximately .0023%...just by moving the decimal 3 places to the left.
