Good trade for Boston and Dallas. Dallas needed a PG and Celtics got a lot in return.

You don't find many trades like this that benefit both teams. Dallas will send forward Brandan Wright, guards Jameer Nelson and Jae Crowder, a 2015 first-round pick and a 2016 second-round pick to Boston for Rondo and rookie forward Dwight Powell.

Rondo, Monta Ellis, Chandler Parsons, Dirk Nowitzki and Tyson Chandler will the Mavs their starters but they still don't have a very good bench.

I think it is great for Rondo because he can now play again with 3 great scorers. In my opinion that is when he is at his best.

Celtics are rebuilding so they got a few good young players and draft picks for a player who was going to go somewhere else at the end of the year.

It is brings back memories when he played with Pierce, Garnett and Allen but before they all won the title and split Rondo became the 4th.

Can't beat getting a chance to be on a contender, after playing on a skeleton team, after the bones have been picked over. Would love to see his new team make a run.

Like Trey say it will be interesting what he can do with 3 great scorers. The only problem I see is both Ellis and Nowitzki are players that create their own shots.

When you have a 24 second shot clock other players have to be able to create their own shot! Not a lot a passes take place in 24 seconds!

With Rondo passing it doesn't take long for him finding a open man.

You get a step on your man and he will find you.

Rhondo is so smooth at what he does. He makes it look so easy!

He had another double-double last night with 13 points and 11 assists.

This is why it can be hard to like Rondo as a teammate and why he gets negative press.

He admits to basically not playing defense for the last two years. Pretty disheartening as a fan of to hear these words straight from the horses mouth.

Check out some of the negative press in the video. You can see it from all these Boston fans that came out to boo him.
