Well, I'm glad that's over our bad play combined with POOR OFFICIATING equals a road loss! KY hasn't won in Baton Rouge in several years now!

No excuses but we did lose 2 starters during the game! Our starting point guard went out of the game after the 1st 4 minutes!

I'm still not sure it wa one team wanting it worse than antoehr when the combinations we had on the floor late in teh game are something we haven't seen much of!

TO their credit, LSU is ranked #1 in teh country in steals and defensive scoring!

Those last 2 turnovers were horrible. We should have the ball for the last shot and a chance to win it. Oscar did not play as well as we needed him too, and we shot terrible. Mintz played well, and Toppin a good first half but not much int he 2nd, and Grady a terrible 1st half and good 2nd. Proud of the guys effort with losing your 2 main point guards, but that's a game we need to win.

Wasn't sure why Cal threw Allen out there in the 1st half when he couldn't find the floor the last several games. Very strange to me.

We went into a hornets nest tonight!

Pre-game they dedicated the court to Dale Brown and had a bunch of his former players their to honor him!

Post game, LSU was going to have all of the fans stay behind and watch the Bowl game that LSU is currently playing in! Still, hit your free throws and you come away with a win!

Yeah, this game was lost at the FT line. Keep everything the same and have us shoot our season 71% and we most likely win the game. 10/20 is awful.

I did forget he did play a good bit in the High Point game. But I think that was mostly in the 2nd half. Can't remember. Too upset with this loss, and watching my sons team lose. Bad night.

Good thing our defense was able to help keep us in it. We really need to win these road games to help us get a decent seed for the tournament. I'm sure this loss will drop us at least 3 spots, but if we won we would probably move up 1 or stay the same. Duke could lose to Tech tonight and probably stay in the top 5. Makes no sense.

36.2% shooting from the field is terrible we shot our 3's almost as well at 33% and 50% on free throws which is horrible.

I said it before - I fear we'll go as far as Oscar and Grady can take us. Tonight it wasn't that far.

For the life of me I still don't understand why we don't set simple screens for our guards to get open. Is that too hard of a concept?

Some of the worst officiating of the year to boot. Some of those out of bounds calls were comical they were so bad. They also allowed LSU to play football against our guards in the 2nd half. TyTy was body blocked half a dozen times without a call.

Doomed from the beginning.

Lost Wheeler at 16:00

Lost Washington at about 5 or 6:00 second half

Couldn't make 10 free throws

Don't know how many but a bunch of turn overs

Some obvious referee mistakes

Don't need much else help at home

We are the better team and it should show on 23 Feb

Just like I said a couple weeks ago, when we make the baskets we win. when we miss them we lose. Very simple formula. We got the shooters and we got the rebounders. But last night was a fluke with both our PGs going down, thus no movement thru the key. I haven't heard today what the problem was with either one of the guards.
