OK, these kids have a point about wanting to be heard and they think it needs to be done during the national anthem? They say they honor the military but still want to kneel?

OK, why not play the song "My Old Kentucky Home" before the national anthem and let them kneel for the playing of it. Then they can rise for the national anthem. AND THEY WOULD BE REQUIRED TO STAND AT ATTENTION TILL THE LAST NOTE IS SUNG. THEY WOULD LOOK STRAIGHT AHEAD, NO MOVING YOUR HEAD, NO DIPPING YOUR HEAD DOWN AND YOUR HAND WULD BE OVER YOUR HEART.

Is that too much to ask for allowing them to kneel for the UK song? Would all the students and alumni hate them for kneeling? Most likely. Would that be any different than the veterans or military hating them. I think not.

They need to watch the video by Buzz Williams when he was at Virginia Tech. He was tired of his players not paying attention during the Anthem, he brought in a large group of Veterans and made his players stand in front of this group while he explained why they will stand up straight and pay attention.

Talk is cheap. No action is required to prove your talk? Like I said, LET THEM KNEEL DURING THE PLAYING OF "My Old Kentucky Home". Then see who yells the loudest. *It would be intersting to see which song has the most loyalty.
