Well, this game was originally supposed to be played the day after Thanksgiving but thanks to Covid the schedule could be all over the place before this season is over.

This team reminds me of the 12-13 Cats. You know the one that finished 21-12, and lost to Robert Morris. Hope they change, but that's who I immediately thought of watching the last couple games. Boston is like Goodwin was taking terrible shots and playing selfish.

I really don't know what to say. This team just looks like a bad HS team right now.
Our perimeter players, including our so-called "point guards", are terrible passers. I submit our best passer is Sarr. Our highly touted freshmen clearly never needed to pass the ball up to now. Not sure about Askew, who was supposed to be a point guard, but he sure doesn't pass like one. That isn't good.
Mintz isn't providing much in the way of leadership. He seems to want to blame others for his errant passes. That isn't good.
Our defense is porous, to say the least. A little movement and our guys are all out of position, with any attempts at help defense usually arriving too late. That isn't good.
I will stop now, and take my medicine by watching this team play on. I want to remind everyone that this Georgia Tech team lost to two nobodies before this game. Just sayin.

Toppin got the ball on the elbow extended, and instead of taking it hard to the rim (which I think is supposed to be his game), he hesitated and threw it out to the arc... which eventually led to a turnover.
We just have no confidence on offense. And then we get pushed around on defense.
This will be a long, painful month.

Can we win any of the games in December unless a miracle happens?

Now, don't get me wrong. I haven't given up on this team. If they don't lose hope, Camp Cal can correct a lot of what ails us. But, that won't begin to show until mid January. December will be brutal.

The turnover stat tells the entire story. When your opponent scores 33 points off of your turnovers. Nothing else needs to be said.
