Following Sunday’s practice, head coach John Calipari posted a brief recap of the weekend on Twitter, saying his team is obviously just getting adjusted to the college game, but they’ve worked and practiced very hard, and Calipari loves the effort. He’s also excited about the shot-blocking potential of this team.

I am having an absolute ball coaching this team. We've got a lot of work to do, but I'm hopping out of bed each morning ready to go because these guys want to work and these guys are eager to learn. This is why we do what we do!!!
