The folks at Rivals have updated their Class of 2021 recruiting rankings, and several Kentucky recruits were among the biggest movers.

Four-star guard Nolan Hickman, who is Kentucky’s lone 2021 pledge, moved up 24 spots to No. 52. He’s also the 13th-ranked point guard

Four-star forward Bryce Hopkins, one of the likelier 2021 recruits to eventually pick Kentucky, moved up four spots to No. 30. The sixth-ranked small forward just visited Kentucky this past week and could be nearing a decision, which would be good news for the Wildcats.

Five-star guard Hunter Sallis rose five spots to No. 6 overall, the same ranking he has at 247 Sports. Kentucky is in a heated battle with North Carolina for Sallis, and both schools are also vying for 2022 guard Skyy Clark. If Clark moves up to 2021, the two blue bloods could end up splitting with Hallis/Clark, and the recent buzz suggests Sallis is the likelier of the two to end up a Cat.

Four-star forward Moussa Diabate, who was just offered by Kentucky last week, fell two spots to No. 29 overall.

Five-star forward Daimion Collins, who secured an offer from Kentucky in August, jumped 10 spots to No. 10 overall.

Five-star guard Jaden Hardy remained at the No. 5 spot. Though the Wildcats were once viewed a the favorites for Hardy, the recent buzz has him trending more toward the G-League.

Five-star forward Patrick Baldwin Jr. retained his No. 1 overall ranking, while Paolo Banchero stayed at No. 2. Banchero is now committed to Duke, and Baldwin could soon pick the Blue Devils as well.

Former Kentucky recruit Kennedy Chandler, who’s now committed to Tennessee, fell two spots to No. 12. Peyton Watson, who Kentucky showed interest in but never offered, fell one spot to No. 17 overall. He’s now committed to UCLA.
