I received the following email from a good friend:

"A friend at the beach today told me he met Mr. C on the golf course locally. John has bought a place in Lavallette."

I live about 30 minutes from Lavallette, NJ. Lavallette is a upscale seaside town. There are many summer homes (second homes) in the town but also many year around. Not sure of the % split.

Anyway, just curious if you guys/gals had heard anything about it. Thanks.

1st I've heard of it, but not totally surprised as I figure he could afford a vacation home in each corner of the country and still have a little left over!

I have never heard of it but you can bet it's a nice place if Cal likes it enough to buy a place there.
