I respectfully disagree....the tournament champion is not always the best team.
Considering the circumstances and the polls I have no problem with Kansas being crowned champion...if one must be crowned.
There will be an asterisk marking this season, as well as any national champion regardless.

The winner may indeed not be the best team, BUT, The winner is the national champion. Hence, no tournament, no champion. Period.

Respectfully disagree MM. Since 1939, the tournament has been played to determine a national basketball champion. If there is no tournament, then no national champion should be named. As simple as that. If KU wants to hang something then hang a banner saying 2020 #1 AP Poll.

Let's do like they do today with kids then. Lets give all the teams that made the tournament a national championship trophy so no one will cry. LOL.
