This team don't make anything look easy. Now tied at 11. They run little to no offense that I can detect. Have missed 5 lay up variety type shots already and are shooting only 30 percent through the first 8 plus minutes of game.

We are getting a lot of good looks, just not knocking them down. Gotta be able to hit the open looks.

We just seem to "play basketball" I hear that term alot with coaches saying they run actions and just teach how to read and play. That is needed, but I am also a believer in some good ole sets. But to me, we are getting pretty good looks so far.

Without a penetrating guard we need to be setting a lot of solid off ball screens and that isn’t happening. Stagnant offense.

Both teams have missed their last 23 shots, terrible game to watch. Our team is offensively challenged to score, just don't have shooters. Currently shooting 22 percent from the field and terrible shot selection, not within any offensive set that I can detect.

This team remind me very much of our 2013 NIT team. I just don't think we have the talent we were lead to believe we have. Guard play is terrible and Travis has trouble making lay up variety shots. It's hard to find anything positive about this team thus far this season, all we can do is keep hoping???????? Up to 27 percent shooting from the field. WOW.

If Travis is the starter at tourney time, I think it will be a bad sign. It will mean that one of the big men with more athletic talen wasn’t brought along and ready to perform. Relying on Travis and not playing the other bigs is loving to hurt them at Tourney time

We've been missing out on alot of top talent lately. Cal may have to rethink how he recruits and what type of players. Need to start recruiting some knock down shooters, not just athletes with length.

This team have no point guard on the entire roster that can make things happen and that will hurt us all season. Worst ball handling, worst passing team I can recall in the Cal era.

I think they need more set plays. Just my opinion. Right now they just can't rely on just making the right play without some kind of set to follow, and reads to have.

We are a very weak team, no nba caliber guards on this team and a very weak front line. Going to be a long season for us Cat fans. They beat us with 3 starters fouling out with over 3 minutes to go in regulation.

This is the weakest defensive team I can remember seeing during the Cal era at UK. We gave up at least 5 layups to them during the middle part of the second half at a time when we should have been running them out of the gym. This team have no heart and don't appear to enjoy playing. I am still trying to figure out what kind of offense they are running.

My expectations for this team have gone from having a good chance at #9 to hoping to make the NCAA tournament sweet 16. They may not be able to beat two tournament teams in a row. I’ll still watch every game and hope for the best, but I’m certainly not expecting much from this point forward. Very disappointed in this teams lack of development. I sure hope when March rolls around they make me feel ashamed for having such low expectations. Go Big Blue!

EnterprisCat, you pretty well sum up my feelings as well. I really thought this team was going to be a great one.

I guess we need to keep in mind that we are now a football school and shouldn't expect to do well year in and year out.
