The Blue/White scrimmage will be carried live by the SEC network Friday Night, Oct 21st at 7PM. Can't wait to see them go at each other.

Fox, Monk, Briscoe, Mulder, Hawkins - we've got five guards who are just phenomenal. I think this is gonna be a special team.

We did learn that some of them have a way to go before they will be at their peak. Fouls looked to be the biggest problem last night. A couple of them probably fouled out twice. They have a long way to go on some of their defense without fouling. There were a few times when some of them were thinking of self with their shots. Overall they played pretty good and I don't envy the coach in determining who gets how much PT.

Briscoe took 28 shots, something he will not get to do with the regular team. It was good to see him with an outside shot and the ability to make free throws. We are going to have some awsome guards this season, I just hope our front line players develop into a force to be reckoned with, if they do, we could be awfully tough to beat. Great speed, great size, all the ingredients are there for this to be one of our better Kentucky teams if they mesh together properly.

Bam is going to have to get better. He is the one that needs to get into the flow better. No problem with Fox or Monk. Gabriel had some great moves also. I'd say Jones and Bam are the two who will need the most work. Briscoe will be a force at either guard spot.

Bama, I see three guards starting, Fox, Briscoe and Monk. I wonder who the other two will be that plays with them. I hope Humphries is ready to make a contribution from the start, he has great size and a soft touch.

I think Fox and Briscoe will split duties at the point, and Monk and Hawkins will split time at the '2'. Mulder will either come in as a 3-point specialist, or maybe play the '3'. Gabriel and Willis can play either '3' or the stretch '4'. Humphries, Bam, Wynard, and Killeya-Jones will rotate in the '4' and '5'.

Imagine Humphries (5), Bam (4), Willis (3), Fox and Monk -- the "Big" team.

Or Bam, Willis, Fox, Monk, and Briscoe (the "Warriors" style team, also a HELL of a DDMO team)

With the talent and numbers we have, we can match up with anybody, and create nightmarish matchups for the opponents. This should be a fun, fun season.
