Murray definitely would have been high on this list if all the major recruiting services had considered him. They considered Murray as a 2016 recruit.

University of Kentucky basketball signee Skal Labissiere is the No. 2 overall prospect in the class of 2015, according to the newly released Recruiting Services Consensus Index (RSCI) rankings.

The annual composite ranking uses six major recruiting services to come up with one master ranking. UK signee Isaiah Briscoe is 11th in the final RSCI for 2015. Fellow UK signee Charles Matthews finished 50th.
