Even before John Calipari added five-star guard Jamal Murray to his 2015 recruiting class he was excited about the makeup of his 2015-16 roster.

After Murray's commitment, Calipari is prepared for another special season.

"We would've been fine, but this makes us like, 'OK, it's on again,'" Calipari said Thursday before the NBA draft. "That one guy can have that kind of impact on your team, especially if he's as good as Jamal is. Now it doesn't change anything for any of the other players. It just says, 'Wow, OK, now let's throw it up.'"
