All the recent predictions that he would slide in the draft were not true. WCS and Boogie on the same team.....for now.

The reason the prediction of a slide was a foot injury that incurred back in 2014 season. I am sure the Kings had that all checked out and felt positive that Willie was fine or they never would waste a number 6 pick on a potential injured player. Willie could be sitting in a good position because if the King's trade Cousin's which is being talked about he would be getting plenty of minutes playing with the Kings.
