Good, he was concerned last night about a lack of preparation for Arkansas coming up Saturday. I guess he figured it out since he is stranded in Starksville, that now means he will get two practices at least to prepare for them.

You wonder with all these trips of late how it effects their classes. It's no wonder they have tutors to help them with their studies. The basketball alone is a full time job.

Cal said last night coach Ray told him he could
use the gym today. I read where Cal has encouraged
Ray at times in the 3 yrs he's been at UM.

Have to admire Ray.

Ray came from programs that won a lot. He wasn't the head coach but he was a big part of both, an assistant for four years at Purdue. The Boilermakers won 103 games during his four seasons. When he was at Clemson, the Tigers won 38 games during Ray's two seasons as the associate head coach.

I think Ray will do well for MSU and looks to have a good future.

Ray seems to be an outstanding coach, he just does not have the talent level yet to compete with us. I was impressed with how hard his team plays.

Seeing that picture makes me smile. Kind of looks like the Cats took over the place. Hearing "Go Big Blue" last night during the game was so cool!

I was thinking when I first saw the picture that was probably the most talent that that practice floor has ever seen!

MH, You could say that about a lot of basketball courts we have played on this season. [Smile]

This is true, INCLUDING RUPP ARENA!

We still have a ways to go and Saturday will be a big test. It should be a good game and will test our will to win as Arkansas is coming in to Rupp with a lot of confidence and will not back down. They are known for 40 minutes of hell and so we better not take them lightly.

Time will tell but if it's anything like previous games we will be 29-0 after the game.

We've opened as a 15 point favorite. Seems a little high to me!

The odds doesn't affect the teams play and that's what counts. We are interested in the win first and the score will take care of itself.
