How time flies, the Cats are already working out with Cal.

John Calipari is getting his first look at the 2014-15 Wildcats.

Though both the newcomers and veterans have been on campus for a month now, going to class and working out, Tuesday night marks the first time Coach Cal has gotten the team together for skill instruction. The NCAA allows teams two hours a week of skill instruction during this time of the year.

NCAA rules prohibit us from showing video of the practices or going into detail about what all happened, but that didn’t stop Coach Cal, who flew back from a “Players First” book signing in Nashville, from expressing his excitement to get back on the court. Remember, this is a coach who has hip replacement surgery just two months ago.
