Cats need a defensive coordinator. The defense looks just as bad as it always has.

I am not a football guru, but right now, our defense has two very significant issues:
1. It has a tendency to give up the big play. I am not sure why. I think we have too many guys taking too many chances or we have too many guys that can't seem to read the unfolding offensive play appropriately. Teams seem to be able to capitalize through big plays. Our defense will hold a team very well and then, bang, a 60 yard pass or run!
2. We still need depth.
