Daniels is going to be a big time player for the Cats.
For Kash Daniel and Kentucky, its a perfect fit.
The 6-1, 235-pound linebacker from Paintsville the first player from Paintsville to be offered a football scholarship by Kentucky since 1986 picked the Wildcats over South Carolina and Louisville Saturday. Hes a four-star prospect who is ranked as the 96th best overall prospect in the country by 247Sports and the No. 2 inside linebacker.
His commitment gives Stoops three four-star recruits from Kentucky in the 2016 class linemen Drake Jackson and Landon Young and now Daniel.
Daniel is a versatile three-sport athlete who also plays baseball he hit cleanup and basketball he broke a rim dunking last season.
