Kentucky welcomed several highly touted recruits to town for Big Blue Madness last weekend, and the Blue-White Game will be yet another big event for the future of the Wildcats.
Five-star juniors JJ Taylor and Robert Dillingham are both expected to be on campus this weekend for a trip based around the annual UK scrimmage, which will be played Friday night in Rupp Arena.
Taylor — a 6-foot-8 small forward from Chicago — is one of the Wildcats' top targets in the 2023 class and the No. 5 overall player in the 247Sports composite rankings. New UK assistant Chin Coleman, who has extensive ties to Taylor's Nike league program and Chicago hoops, in general, was the first college coach to show interest in the five-star player's recruitment, and John Calipari extended a scholarship offer earlier this year.
Dillingham — a 6-1 point guard from North Carolina — received an in-school visit from Calipari a few weeks ago and is ranked as the No. 8 player in the 2023 class, according to the 247Sports composite. Dillingham does not yet have a UK scholarship offer, but it wouldn't be a surprise if one was extended in the near future.
