Big gets:
C Drake Jackson -- tenacious in-state interior offensive lineman.
Big misses:
DE Jaylin Bannerman -- a great frame with a ton of space to add bulk for this three-star edge defender who got only a few P5 offers
DT Ja'Quize Cross -- UK did a good job pulling this three-star interior defender out of the state of Alabama. Another promising prospect with only a few P5 offers.
Sleeper(s):
DE Kordell Slater - Long, athletic, physical and early enrollee
Had to get:
Take your pick -- C Drake Jackson or OT Landon Young, both Scout 300 four-star prospects. Jackson is a top 100 prospect committed since Dec. 2014. Young is a top 300 prospect committed since June 2013. Both are major in-state gets.
