One really impressive season and the Kentucky fan base would erupt!
Kentucky coach Mark Stoops: “It has surprised me. I anticipated that. I looked at the numbers, saw the support and saw the people in attendance at games prior to my arrival. But when I got here and felt the energy of this fan base and saw the passion of the people, I guess you could say it surprised me a little bit. I greatly appreciate and our team does. I brag on it all the time every time I speak.
