Great news and good to see us pulling out recruits from the state of Florida. He is a 4 star athlete too.
Kentucky has an open date today but it scored a major win when defensive end Jason Strowbridge of Florida verbally committed to the Wildcats over Miami, Louisville, North Carolina, N.C. State and Tennessee..
The 6-foot-4, 245-pound Strowbridge is a four-star recruit that ESPN ranks as the 25th best defensive end in the country.
He joins defensive end Darius Fulwood in UK’s 2015 class that now has 15 commitment. Strowbridge is the third player from Florida — Jereemiah Dinson and Marcus Walker — in UK’s recruiting class.
Rivals.com moved UK to No. 24 in the recruiting rankings after Strowbridge’s commitment.
