I have never been in the military, but I have had plenty of family that has. For what its worth, I probably would have grown up quicker, had I signed up.
That being said, if you are in the military and are in a **** hole like Iraq, the big dogs should not only allow liquor on occasion, but they should provide it for you. Yes, I would think that some elite team might be on some high alert, but hell, they should let them blow off steam once in awhile. [ 07-25-2019, 08:39 AM: Message edited by: boomdaddy ]

Sorry Boom cant happen troops must stay alert and rdy for anything in these hostile environments. its not like a military fort etc in friendly countries or at least built secure.
I have lived and or visited in Arab countries including Iraq and don't forget: In an arab country, booze is against their religion and illegal and the command staff will see that it is kept under control
Having said all that, there are ways (OBVIOUSLY) to get booze into an arab country! and I suspect that the seals screwed it up for everybody! [ 07-25-2019, 10:54 AM: Message edited by: ukcatfannfl ]

If I was in charge, I would be supplying them more than just whiskey in a desert hell hole.
