Now does $5 billion for the wall seem like a lot? How much more than $5 billion does it cost the taxpayers if we let them in?
For you who hold public office we have to ask just "How Stupid do you Think Americans Are?"
And then the next question is just "How Long do you Think Americans Are Going to PUT UP WITH THIS ? ? ?"

It certainly would be much cheaper to build a border wall between us and Mexico. I do not understand why the democrats are so against funding this wall, I guess it is because they fear losing future voters coming up from south of the border. I really don't think either side, republicans or democrats give a hoot about what is really best for our country anymore, it is all about what is best for them individually.
With all these hand outs, one can easily see why South American poor people would want to get to America, everything for them if free. We need much more merit based immigration, people who can support themselves through jobs.

Norm, I posted that data from Fox but really do not believe medical is our major cost for illegal immigrants. I do believe it comes to such things as housing, food, education etc rather than medical. I think even Fox News gets things wrong from time to time just like the other networks do.

Even if you build the wall, it will not impact those statistics, which are from illegal already here.
Building the wall will help slow the tide of new illegals coming in, but there are 20+ million of them already living here. So, we can expect to see those costs continue, if not rise slightly, even if we get the wall built.

We are the only country in the world who has no valid immigration policy i.e. southern border. Of course if one is trying to come fm elsewhere there is a process that takes validation and proof that you will come to country and bring something not suck on the tit for the rest of ur life and ur kids life and their kids life and on and on forever....

Let her spread some of her vast wealth around in California to help all the illegals there if she must, leave the rest of the good taxpayers of America alone. We are going to see some wierd crap started in the house but it will never fly in the senate, unless Mitt Romney gets to vote 53 times on legislation.
