He was an extremely nice man as I had the pleasure meeting him in Budapest, Hungary way back when. I was assigned to our Embassy there and he was staying at the U.S. Ambassador's residence and he made a point in seeing all the Embassy staff as his staff had a recital there one evening.
I shook his hand and he said to me "god bless you" made me feel special for those few moments!
God bless him

I still like watching his crusades. He was truly a great man of God. I believe he heard God say well done today.

He has had a few big tv and live events but has never come off like a self serving, money grabbing, demigod, like a lot those mega church TV stars.
PS: Can't trust those big smiling guys who reach around to pick your pocket while they spread the good word.

I got the opportunity to see him in Louisville in '01 it was a wonderful experience!
