This should give us a pretty good idea of how good we are. Or at least, an idea of our potential for this year.
It appears we will not have any of our bigs playing. I watched Illinois beat them by 7 a couple of weeks back in an exhibition game. Believe me, both teams played that game to win. Illinois does not have a dominant big man but has good overall size, much like UK.
I believe, but am not sure, Kansas lost another exhibition game earlier. Maybe the Bahamas?
I guess I’m going to jinx us but I feel we have a good chance in this game.
Edit. I looked it up, they did lose to “Bahamanian Nation” on Aug 5 by 5 points.
