I just saw CJ and Cason are questionable for tomorrow. All I know is we seem to have injuries quite often where guys miss more time than expected. I sure remember guys playing with sprained ankles and such, back in the good old days. Wheeler missed like 7 games with a sprain? Then out indefinitely with a minor procedure. If those guys are both out we are in deep, deep trouble. If we get run out of them gym I would say our projected seed probably goes down to a 9.

Without Wallace and Wheeler, other teams feast on our turnovers. Arkansas will be nearly impossible to beat without a point guard on the floor.

Hope Cal has a 'wrinkle' to toss out there to mix things up, or our half-court offense will be pathetic.

From Cal. "They X-rayed. He’s fine. It’s not swelled,” he said. “So, we’ll see. I’m hoping that he’ll be OK for Saturday, but I don’t know.”

I know these guys are looking at millions, but I hate seeing guys sit out all the time for basic sprains, etc. I don't know if that's Cason's case or not, but what ever happened to taping it up and going?

Different era, ukman. Also, different risk/reward situation.

This is what happens when players are using UK only as a springboard to the NBA. They have some pride, but not old-school UK pride. So, it is easier and probably smarter for them to sit out for any injury.
