I'm betting on these kids coming back.
Collins, Hopkins, Ware, Wheeler, Frederick and Toppin. Just 6 of them. The outside chance goes to Brooks and Oscar.

I just don't know where Brooks would go if he doesn't enter the draft. I see him coming back.

I have thought the same thing. He's stuck it out for 3 years so he might as well stay for the 4th year. But with the TP he might get more playing at another school, although Cal has stuck with him for 3 years.
