Oscar Tshiebwe is back with the Kentucky Wildcats.
After returning back to Lexington from his native Congo and quarantining upon arrival as a COVID-19 precaution, the redshirt sophomore forward was sighted on the practice floor today.
“I’m back!” Tshiebwe stated in the video.
As for Tshiebwe, he figures to replace Olivier Sarr as Kentucky’s starting center next season. He arrived in Lexington last January after starting the season at West Virginia but had to sit due to NCAA transfer rules.
During his freshman season of 2019-20, Tshiebwe earned All-Big 12 Freshman honors after averaging 11.2 points per game with 9.3 rebounds.
