Kentucky has been on the rise recently with its two-game winning streak over Auburn and Vanderbilt. One of the players helping lead that climb is freshman Isaiah Jackson, who has been playing his best basketball as of late.
In the last two games, the athletic forward has averaged 16.5 points, 10 rebounds and two blocks per outing. His point totals against Auburn and Vanderbilt were only the third and fourth times this season he scored more than 10 points in a game and his 18-point, 11-rebound stat line against Auburn was his first double-double as a college basketball player.
“I’m starting to get a feel for the game, like the college game. I’m just going out there and just hooping,” Jackson said.
