Freshman guard Terrence Clarke has missed all 10 of Kentucky's SEC games with a foot injury and hasn't played since the Louisville game on Dec. 29.
Following his team's loss at Missouri Wednesday, head coach John Calipari left the door open for Clarke to return vs. Tennessee if he could practice Thursday and Friday, but in doing so, appeared to question Clarke's toughness.
Clarke did not suit up in the Wildcats' 82-71 defeat at Rupp Arena Saturday night and now having lost six of its last seven for the second time this season and sitting at 5-12 overall and 4-6 in the SEC, time is running out on UK's season.
During his postgame interview with Voice of the Wildcats, Tom Leach, Calipari said the doctors held Clarke out of Saturday's game and will make a determination on his future in the next couple days.
