Author Topic: Brooks played with illness vs. Texas Tech catmandoo Player Member # 1284 posted 01-28-2020 03:48 PM                     Following a pair of games where he looked as if he was beginning to make good strides, Keion Brooks Jr. struggled at Texas Tech on Saturday. In just seven minutes of play, he didn’t take a shot or record any other stat besides a single turnover as soon as he checked in off the bench. Brooks looked uncharacteristically inactive after what we’d seen from him against Arkansas and Georgia, and there’s now an explanation as to why. During John Calipari’s call-in show on Monday, he said Keion missed practice on Monday because of an illness and that he suspected he was sick during Saturday’s game.
