A new name has emerged on the recruiting trail for the Kentucky Wildcats.
According to Rivals reporter David Sisk, Kentucky head coach John Calipari will be meeting with Zeke Nnaji on Sept. 9 for an in-home visit.
Nnaji, a four-star forward in the Class of 2019, is a new name for Kentucky, as they’ve not been believed to be a player in this recruitment until now. He currently holds offers from the Kansas Jayhawks, Arizona Wildcats, Ohio State Buckeyes, UCLA Bruins and Wisconsin Badgers among others.
At 6-10 and 215 pounds, Nnaji is ranked No. 30 overall in 2019 by 247 Sports Composite, which measures all of the recruiting rankings. Kansas has been viewed as the favorite in this recruitment, which is also significant with another recruit Kentucky is battling Kansas for in Matthew Hurt.

Continues to support my thoughts about Cal knowing some things about the top big men he is after. At this time I don't think we get Wiseman, Carey or Hurt. But there are several other good big men out there that Cal is now courting.

Nanji has some offers from some awfully good basketball schools so Nnaji must be one of the best. I just hope we get him.

I have no inside information. But hell, I quit worrying about recruiting the first day UK hired Calipari.
