With a new star comes an unofficial visit for 2019 five-star point guard Kira Lewis.
Lewis, who is a newly-minted five-star recruit, will take an unofficial visit to Kentucky on June 10, according to his 247 Sports page. Lewis is the No. 24 player in his class, the No. 4 point guard and the No. 2 player in the state of Alabama by 247 Sports’ ranking.
At 6-foot-3-inches and 160 lbs, Lewis is an average size one guard. A native of Hazel Green, Alabama (Hazel Green High School), Lewis currently only has one school predicted to land him, and it’s the Alabama Crimson Tide.
The hometown prediction isn’t because the rest of the country isn’t recruiting him. He has 28 offers, including offers from the Auburn Tigers, Georgia Bulldogs, Indiana Hoosiers, Kansas Jayhawks, LSU Tigers, Mississippi State Bulldogs, Tennessee Volunteers, Vanderbilt Commodores, and Western Kentucky Hilltoppers. He also has interest from the Texas A&M Aggies.
