If the seeds hold true, I'm wondering if we even get past Mo. I guess we got about what we deserve with a 4 seed but I really don't like our chances to win this tournament. A first round loss would drastically hurt our seeding in the NCAA. I wouldn't be terribly surprised with an early exit in both.

They'll have to prove it to me. I have very little faith in any win at all. It all comes down to what was said before the season started, We don't have any outside shooters. There is no one you can depend on to be there every game. Maybe next year.

Bama, that's true about our outside shooting. As far as what was said before the season started, I don't recall that anyone thought this season would be as dismal as it turned out. I think most, including myself, thought this team would be much, much better than what it turned out to be. It sure has been a disappointment for me. I'll almost be glad to see it over.
Here's something I never thought I would say, "bring on the football season".

This is the first basketball season I have ever wanted to see come to an end. I have not cared for this team from day one, regardless of how hard I tried. They were barely beating the cupcakes on the early schedule which told me we were in for a long season. I am currently enjoying watching our ladies softball team which are ranked in the top 25 and have a freshman pitcher from Illinois that is phenomenal.

also Ray our baseball team was ranked 7th until this past weekend where we won four more. Should move up in the rankings.
We play five this week..

I have been following them too Ed, they are now 11 and 1 and will probably move up in the polls. They have a 3 game series coming up next weekend against number 3 Texas Tech.

The 3 game series with Texas Tech is critical and will tell us a lot on just how good they are.

Bruce, I had posted the wrong school for the weekend baseball series, it is with Texas Tech, not TCU, and TT are ranked 3rd with a 13 and 0 record. Our Cats are 12 and 1.
